It's that time of year again where we all stop and reflect on the previous year and make plans for the upcoming one. In regards to 2012, all we have to say is WOW! 2012 was quite a year. Thanks to all our many clients, we had a full schedule all year long and performed for some pretty amazing events and weddings. Some of last year's clients included:

LIVESTRONG - The Lance Armstrong Foundation
The Junior Leagues of Austin and Houston
The American Red Cross
United Way Worldwide
Whole Foods Market
U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit

We travelled as far as Hot Springs, Texarkana, Longview and Galveston, and we have shows scheduled in 2013 for El Paso, Tyler, Dallas, and Ft. Worth. Maybe it's time we bought that tour bus? ;) Regardless, we're excited about what 2013 has in store for us. We'll be continuing to update our schedule here, and will keep you guys informed about upcoming events on our facebook page and twitter feed.

We do have several events coming up that you might be interested to know about. First, we will have a booth THIS WEEKEND at the Austin Bridal Extravaganza and will be listed in the Austin Wedding Guide magazine! More info on how to get tickets to the bridal show here. Secondly, we're doing a new band photoshoot via our good friend Chad Harlan, owner of La Pistola Photography. The hot, Texas summer is already upon us, which means The Vintage 15 is gearing up for not only Austin's great outdoor music season, but fall and winter bookings as well!

The Highball

Mark your calendars because on March 30, The Vintage 15 will be taking the stage at The Highball in Austin, Texas. The Vintage 15 is a long-time fan of this wonderful venue, so come out for some amazing music and a swingin' show.

We will perform with some special guests including Lex Land from NBC's The Voice. You won't want to miss this show!

The Vintage 15 rang in 2012 at the fabulous Austin Club on New Year's Eve. We want to thank the Austin Club for having us out to play at the best New Year's party in town!

The Vintage 15 will be taking a break in January to gear up for some really exciting events in the coming year. For more information on how you can have The Vintage 15 play your event, send us an email from our Booking page and we will get back to you.

In February, the band will be hitting the recording studio again to start their newest album. More information will be coming soon!

Christmas Tree Lighting Performance

It is that time of year again!

The holiday season is upon us and The Vintage 15 has some jolly performances to help get you in the holiday spirit! Join us on November 18 for the 5th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting at the Hill Country Galleria. Come out and dance and sing with the The Vintage 15. We will be playing your favoirte holiday tunes and some swing classics too. There will be fireworks and even an appearance by Santa himself! You won't want to miss this great holiday treat.

Halloween Witches' Ball

Tired of the same old Halloween party?

Then come out to Swan Dive on October 30 to experience Halloween in a new, spooktacular way! The Vintage 15 will be performing at Vintage Vivant's Halloween Witches' Ball in downtown Austin. Dress to impress because there will be a costume contest! There will be vintage horror films, magic, and tricks and treats; so, come on out to Swan Dive for a night to remember!

Fall is here!

The band is looking forward to the cooler weather and our great autumn schedule! We have some really exciting shows planned, so make sure to keep checking our Schedule page for the newest events.

In October, join The Vintage 15 at Vintage Vivant Halloween Witches' Ball at the Swan Dive in Austin, TX. The Vintage 15 will be playing at 10pm, so dress in your best costume and come see a great show!

November brings The Magic of Christmas: A Christmas Affair at the Palmer Events Center. The Junior League of Austin is presenting a wonderful holiday event that features over 200 merchants from across the country. The Vintage 15 will be there to help you get in the holiday spirit! For ticket information, please see the event page.

We will also be out at the Hill Country Galleria and The Domain in November for some festive performances, so bring your family picnic and dancing shoes. It is sure to be a great show, and, as always, it is free!

Labor Day at The Domain

Happy Labor Day to all!

To celebrate, come out to The Domain this weekend and spend some time with The Vintage 15. We will be hitting the stage between NoRTH and Starbucks at 2pm on September 4. You can hear your favorite tunes until 5pm, so bring the whole gang out to see a great show all afternoon!

As always, this is a free show open to the public. It is a great time to check out the band for those upcoming holiday parties and spring weddings!

The Vintage 15 will be playing with the incredibly talented Lex Land for her sophomore album release party. Come out early at 9pm to hear Danny Malone and stay late to see The Vintage 15! Lex Land takes the stage at 10:30pm and may sing a tune or two with The Vintage 15. It will be a show you won't want to miss!

In honor of the 4th of July, The Mixed Chix Society is throwing a smashing event to support some wonderful charities!

Join The Vintage 15 on July 2, 2011 in celebration at "Let Freedom Ring!" This public show is in Houston, TX at The Chateau, a magnificent venue and a perfect location to hear some fabulous jazz. Be ready for a night of festive fun, food and drinks, and a fantastic performance by The Vintage 15. It is sure to be an unforgettable July 4th!

If you are looking for a great Mother's Day outing, come out and see The Vintage 15 play at the beautiful outdoor stage at The Domain in Austin, TX. The stage is located between Starbucks and the Italian restaurant, NoRTH. We will be swinging throughout the afternoon from 2-5 pm. As always, there is great shopping and free entertainment by The Vintage 15!

The Vintage 15 is back in the recording studio this weekend to record an all-original, instrumental jazz album!

The new CD, On the Fly, features original compositions by Austin-based composer/arranger, Wes Peart. On the Fly offers an opportunity for The Vintage 15 to feature its talented soloists and horn sections. The band is excited to collaborate with Wes Peart and bring you some fantastic, unique new jazz!

Live Television Debut Video

We are happy to release a new song for your listening pleasure!

Visit our Audio page to hear a sneak preview of one of the songs on our upcoming album! That's Life is a great jazz standard that has been revived by The Vintage 15. Singer, Hans Stockenberger brings great modern flair and classic style to this favorite tune. This song is a rough sample recording of what is to come on our upcoming album (released this summer). Enjoy this preview recording while we finish up the rest of the album!
